The directive involves a thorough verification of Early Childhood Teachers’ particulars across various cost centers under the jurisdictions of respective Directorates of School Education for Elementary, Secondary, Higher Secondary, and Primary levels in Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Larkana.

Instructions:

The enclosed Excel sheet contains the list of Early Childhood Teachers for review.

Directors are tasked with ensuring accuracy by scrutinizing the details and updating any required changes in the “Remarks Column” with proper justification.

Verified and reconciled data should be submitted in hard and soft copies to the Directorate General of HR & Training. A soft copy is also to be sent via WhatsApp to the Recruitment Group or at 0331-3521995.

Deadline:
The deadline for this task is within three (3) days of receiving the notification.

This exercise is designated as TOP PRIORITY, underscoring its urgency and significance in aligning with higher authorities’ requirements.
